Our senior squad is getting involved in the #Gimme1000 this Saturday with @trainm8 in aid of @pieta.house and @irishcancersociety. These are two fantastic charities that could really benefit from donations, as a result of events over the past 12 months 🙏

This is a virtual challenge taking place this Saturday, 20th February. Participants are challenged to complete 1,000 reps of a chosen exercise in 24hrs 🏋️‍♀️
