A note to advise on the death of Edward (Teddy) Brophy. Teddy was a life long player and member of Naas RFC and played for Naas in the late 40’s and 50’s. His sons Victor, Paul and Ian and grandsons Jamie & Luke Brophy and JJ & Harry Mahon all followed in his footsteps playing for Naas RFC.

Barry Brophy, President Naas RFC, the Members and Executive members extend their sympathies to his wife Imelda and his children Victor, Paul, Ian, Eric, Vivienne and Alan and their extended families and friends.

May he rest in peace.

The death has occurred of Edward (Teddy) BROPHY, Newlands, Naas, Kildare

Peacefully, at home, surrounded by his family.

Grandfather of the late Emma. Beloved husband of Imelda and father of Victor, Paul, Ian, Eric, Vivienne and Alan. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, daughters-in-law Catherina, Catherine, Deirdre and Victoria, son-in-law Peter, grandchildren Sean, Kate, Jamie, Luke, Mark, Yasmin, Tom, Anna, Hughie, JJ, Ben, Alyson, India, Harry, Charlotte and Edward, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

"May Teddy Rest In Peace"

Teddy's Funeral Mass will take place on Friday morning at 11am in St. Peter's Church, Two Mile House followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. In line with current guidelines the number of mourners in the church will be limited to fifty people. The webcam in the church is via the parish website on www.naasparish.ie.
